Pulled Pork Burger with Red Cabbage Coleslaw?
We love taking a popular and delicious dish like a pulled pork burger with coleslaw and change it a bit into something that is still super delicious. This way we have two variations of a great dish which gives us the opportunity to change between them. This coleslaw with red cabbage and apples is a nice a delicious alternative to the original coleslaw. We have served it many times as topping for pulled pork burgers and it's super good! When we are having pulled pork burgers we always make our own homemade burger buns according this recipe. They are just super delicious especially compared to the ones you can buy at the grocery store. We have also used this red cabbage coleslaw many times as a side dish for pork and beef meat.
