Nordic Butter-Fried Potatoes (Brasede kartofler)
Traditional way of making Nordic butter fried potatoes also known as Brasede kartofler. Perfect of as a side-dish for a lunch or dinner.

small potatoes
(boiled i salted water)

butter
salt to taste

Instructions
Dice the cold and boiled potatoes.
Heat up a frying pan and add the butter. Let it melt.
Add the diced potatoes to the frying pan and fry them for about 8-10 minutes at medium heat. Stir in the potatoes regularly.
When the potatoes are getting a light-brown color and a nice and crisp crust, they are done.
Notes
Serve the potatoes with some ketchup and a fried egg.
