Crispy Avocado Fries
Recipe for fantastic delicious and crispy Avocado fries. They are super simple to make and a perfect starter for a dinner. You can also serve them as snacks for a sports event or at a party.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breading
Salt and pepper
Peel the Avocado, remove the seeds and cut it into slices/wedges
In three deep plates or bowl, add the flour, beaten eggs and panko breading.
Now it is breading time. First cover the Avocado slices in flour, then in the eggs and finally in the panko breading.
Place the breaded Avocado slices on an oven grid and bake them at 220 C (425 F) for about 15-20 minutes or until they are nice and golden.
Serve these crispy Avocado wedges with some Chipotle sauce.
