Right amount if ingredients. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside...nice consistency. Just need to shape them better next time... Best of all delicious!

They turned out so fluffy and perfect! I made half AP half WH flour since that what I had and mmm so good. I will make them smaller next time though, as the buns came out a little larger than my preference.

The only thing I missed was the sesame seeds as we have none and I didn't think they were essential enough to brave the shops during lockdown!
I was very worried that there wasn't enough water but I kept working it and it was perfect.
