I normally use one full and normal size broccoli. The exact amount is not very important.

>>>
In Denmark we use Hvedemel which is plain wheat flour (Which is the most common). However, as I understand it All-purpose flour is also the same as wheat flour. We don't have all-purpose flour in Denmark

I've not tried the recipe with almond meal. However, I can only imagine that it will work just fine. It is basically the same as almond flour as I can see. Regards Kim (NordicFoodLiving.com)

I don't have almonds at home. If not, then I may substitute almonds with walnuts unless I can go to store soon. Thanks.

I happy that you like the carrot bread - it is also one of my favorite. For the broccoli bread - Yes i use the pulse to grind it. It should be fine and small pieces.

I love your *carrot bread*, so I have to try this. So excited. One question, do you use pulse to grind the broccoli until it's in fine/little pieces, right? Thanks for sharing. Wen
